The idea of creating eSimWay came up while we were working on our digital goods service, TopUp Balance. We noticed that people rely less and less on physical things — and the same goes for telecom. The good old plastic SIM card is going digital. Phone makers are already removing SIM trays, and Apple’s latest keynote just confirmed it.

We started building the MVP of eSimWay in July 2022, and by October 2022, it was live.
