If your eSIM card does not work due to an issue with eSimWay, we may be able to refund you all or part of the money you paid for it.
Before processing a return, be sure to:
- Contact our support team ([email protected]) to report a connection incident.
- Please provide information and screenshots so our team can identify the issue.
Our support team is available 24/7 and we typically respond within minutes.
If the connection problem cannot be resolved, eSimWay will return your order.
If you have never connected your eSIM to the internet, we can offer a full refund minus a small administration fee.
If your eSIM card stops working or only worked temporarily, we can provide a partial refund for the number of days you were not connected to the Internet minus the days you were connected.
In both cases, eSimWay reserves the right to deduct a small administration fee from the amounts refunded.
Please note that the turnaround time for a decision on your refund request is 3 to 5 business days. Once a decision has been made, the refund will be credited to the account from which you made the payment within 15–30 business days, depending on the operating conditions of your bank or payment system.
