Before requesting a refund:
- Contact our support team to report the connection issue.
- Provide detailed information and screenshots so we can better understand and resolve the problem.
Our support team is available 24/7 and typically responds within minutes.
Refund eligibility:
- If the issue cannot be resolved and the eSIM never connected to the internet, we can offer a full refund, minus a small administrative fee.
- If your eSIM was partially working or stopped working after some time, we can offer a partial refund for the unused days, minus the days it was connected.
- In both cases, eSimWay reserves the right to deduct a small administrative fee from the refunded amount.
Processing time:
- Refund decisions are typically made within 3–5 business days.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
