Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, refunds are generally not available once an eSIM has been successfully activated. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if the eSIM could not be used due to a technical issue on our side.
Before requesting a refund:
- Contact our support team to report the connection issue.
- Provide detailed information and screenshots so we can properly diagnose the problem.
Our support team is available 24/7 and typically responds within minutes.
Refund eligibility:
- If the eSIM was not delivered or never connected to the internet due to a technical issue on our side, a full refund may be issued, where applicable.
- If the eSIM was partially functional or stopped working after some time, a partial refund may be provided for the unused service period.
In approved cases, eSimWay may apply a small administrative or processing fee, where applicable.
Processing time:
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method within 15–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
