An eSIM is a digital SIM that lets you use a mobile plan without inserting a physical SIM card. You install a profile using the instructions supplied with your order.
Will an eSIM work on my phone?
Compatibility depends on the exact model, market of purchase and carrier restrictions. Check the manufacturer’s specifications and make sure your phone is unlocked before buying.
When does my plan start?
Activation rules vary by plan. Check the selected plan before purchase and follow its instructions. Installing an eSIM and starting its validity are not always the same event.
What does Unlimited mean?
Some unlimited plans include a daily high-speed allowance and then continue at a reduced speed. Lite, Essential and Plus can have different daily allowances and reduced speeds. Check the selected offer’s full terms, daily reset and validity.
Can I keep my usual SIM?
If your exact device supports the combination, you can keep your usual SIM active and select your travel eSIM for mobile data. Stored profiles and simultaneously active lines are different limits.
Which countries are covered?
Coverage is specific to each plan. Check the included destinations on the selected offer, especially for Regional and Global packages.
Can I top up my plan?
Top-up availability depends on the selected plan. Check the product information and the options available in your account.

Contact support with your phone model and a description of the issue. Do not delete an installed eSIM profile unless support asks you to.
